Legal
Privacy Policy
Effective September 23, 2026
We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal information.
1. Who we are
We All Hoop ("We All Hoop", "we", "us" or "our") provides youth basketball training in the Mendon and Milford area of Massachusetts, led by owner and head coach Coach Aaron Anniballi. This policy applies to the website at weallhoop.com, to the forms on it, and to the email and text messages we send.
"You" means a visitor to this site, or the parent or legal guardian of an athlete who trains with us.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact information: parent or guardian name, email address and, if you choose to give one, a mobile phone number. Providing a phone number is optional.
- Athlete information: athlete name, grade, age group, training goals, preferred training days and any health or injury notes you choose to share so that coaches can train safely. For youth athletes this information is provided by a parent or guardian.
- Enrollment details: the program and plan you choose. We do not take card payments on this website. When we set up online payments, card information will be entered into and held by our payment processor, and we will never store full card numbers on our own systems.
- SMS consent records: whether you ticked an SMS consent checkbox, which one, the wording you agreed to, and when, so that we can prove and honor your choice.
- Communications: messages you send us by form, email or text, and our replies.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data: pages visited, the page or ad that referred you, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and the steps you complete in a form. Section 7 explains the cookies and analytics tools involved.
3. How we use your information
- Answering inquiries and booking free trial group training sessions
- Enrolling athletes, scheduling training and sending reminders and schedule changes
- Sending payment links, processing payments and managing memberships
- Coaching athletes safely and tracking their progress
- Sending program updates and promotions, only where you have opted in
- Measuring and improving our website and advertising
- Meeting legal, tax and safety obligations
4. Text messaging
How we get consent
We text a mobile number only when the owner of that number has ticked an SMS consent checkbox on a form on this site: the contact forms on our home page and at /contact, the private training request form at /private-training, the free trial form at /free-trial, or the enrollment form at /enroll. The checkboxes are unticked by default and are never required to submit a form. Providing a phone number is optional, and a phone number on its own, without a ticked consent checkbox, does not opt you in to text messages. We never buy, rent or import phone numbers or SMS consent from a third party list.
Giving us your phone number is not consent to text you, and consent to receive text messages is never a condition of any purchase or of booking a session.
What we send
There are two separate opt-ins, ticked separately.
- Transactional messages: booking confirmations, session reminders, schedule changes, replies to your inquiry, and payment or account notices.
- Marketing messages: program updates, camp, clinic and event announcements, and occasional promotions.
Opting in to one does not opt you in to the other. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any training, membership or other service from us.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, and those charges come from your mobile carrier, not from us.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to stop texts from us. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at coachaaronwah@gmail.com. After you reply STOP we will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts. Opting out of texts does not affect your training or your membership.
Carrier liability
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Never shared for marketing
Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Section 6 sets this out in full.
5. Third party services and sharing
We share only what each service provider needs to do its job for us, and none of them may use your information for their own marketing. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are excluded from all of the sharing below and are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell your personal information. The providers we use are:
- Customer management, scheduling and messaging: GoHighLevel, the software we use to store contact records, book sessions and deliver our emails and text messages. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are excluded from any sharing for marketing or promotional purposes; GoHighLevel receives your number only to deliver our own messages.
- Payment processing: when online payments are set up, Stripe will take card payments and manage recurring billing. Stripe receives only what it needs to process a payment. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are excluded and are never shared with Stripe for marketing or promotional purposes.
- Website operation and funnel analytics: our website, forms and first-party analytics are operated for us by our marketing service provider through its BAM portal, described in section 7. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are excluded and are never shared for marketing or promotional purposes.
- Advertising measurement: the Meta pixel, described in section 7. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are excluded and are never sent to Meta.
- Maps: when you view the location map on this site, the map images are loaded from OpenStreetMap tile servers, which receive your IP address and browser details in order to deliver them. No form details, mobile numbers or SMS consent are sent to them.
- Website hosting: the service that hosts this site receives standard technical request data, such as your IP address, in order to serve the pages.
- Professional advisers: accountants, insurers and lawyers, where needed to run the business. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are excluded.
Our AAU program is registered and managed separately on LeagueApps, and information you give LeagueApps is covered by its own policies, not this one.
We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect the safety of an athlete, a coach or the public. If the business is ever sold or reorganized, customer records may transfer to the successor, which must continue to honor this policy. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are excluded from everything in this section. See section 6.
6. No sharing of SMS opt-ins
The rule
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Excluded from all sharing
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of information sharing described in section 5. This information will not be shared with any third party.
Delivery is the only exception
Your mobile number is passed to the messaging provider that physically delivers our messages on our behalf. That provider may use it only to deliver our messages, never for its own marketing.
No sale, ever
We do not sell, rent or trade mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data or consent records to anyone, for any purpose, at any time.
7. Cookies and analytics
- Meta pixel: this site uses the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel, which sets cookies and reports page views and form completions to Meta so that we can measure our advertising and show our ads to relevant audiences. Where a form is completed, contact details may be matched with Meta in hashed form for ad measurement. SMS opt-in data and consent are never sent to Meta.
- First-party funnel analytics: we record our own anonymous session identifier, the pages you view, the form steps you complete, and any ad campaign tags in the link that brought you here, and send these events to the BAM portal, the reporting system run by the service provider that operates our website and customer management software on our behalf. We use it to see which pages and ads are working. SMS opt-in data and consent are not part of these events.
- Map tiles: the location map loads images from OpenStreetMap, as described in section 5. It does not set advertising cookies.
- Essential storage: the site may use browser storage to remember your progress through a form during a visit.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences in your Meta account. The site still works with cookies blocked. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.
8. Children's privacy
Our athletes are minors, but this website and its forms are intended for parents, legal guardians and other adults aged 18 or over. Forms must be completed by a parent or guardian, and information about a youth athlete is provided by that parent or guardian.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13, and we do not send text messages to or market to minors. We collect only what is needed to train an athlete safely and to communicate with their family. If you believe a child has given us information without a parent or guardian involved, contact us and we will delete it.
A parent or guardian may review, correct or delete their athlete's information at any time by contacting us.
9. Photo and video
We may take photos and video during training sessions, camps and events, both for coaching and for use in our own content. You can tell us at any time that you do not want your athlete to appear in our content, and you can ask us to take down a specific photo or clip. We will remove it from anything we control. Our Terms of Service say more about media.
10. Data retention
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, or as long as required for tax, insurance and legal records. Inquiry records that never become an enrollment are deleted or anonymized once they are no longer useful. SMS consent and opt-out records are kept for as long as needed to prove and honor your choice. Ask us to delete your information and we will, keeping only what the law requires us to hold.
11. Security
We use encrypted connections, reputable service providers and access controls that limit athlete and family information to the people who need it. Payment card data will be handled entirely by our payment processor. No system is perfectly secure, so if a breach ever affects your information we will notify you as Massachusetts law and any other applicable law requires.
12. Your privacy rights
Whatever state you live in, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you or your athlete, where it came from, why we use it and who we disclose it to
- Give you a copy of that information
- Correct information that is inaccurate
- Delete your information, subject to legal exceptions
- Stop using your information for advertising measurement; you can also do this by enabling Global Privacy Control or blocking cookies
We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights. To make a request, email coachaaronwah@gmail.com. We will verify your identity using information we already hold, and respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent with written permission. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
13. Your choices
- Access, update or delete your information, or your athlete's
- Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message
- Stop text messages by replying STOP, without affecting your training or membership
- Ask us not to use photos or video of your athlete

14. Changes to this policy
